VONaLink TeamRecord receives a
2007 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award from
Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine.
Richmond
Hill, Ontario – May 25, 2007 – Arcosoft Inc. announced
today that Technology Marketing Corporation’s (TMC)
Customer Interaction Solutions magazine (www.cismag.com)
has named VONaLink TeamRecord as a recipient of a 2007
IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award. Customer
Interaction Solutions has been the leading
publication in CRM, call center and teleservices
industries since 1982.
VONaLink TeamRecord works with any
VoIP phone system based on the open SIP standard, such
as Asterisk or Vonage, to centrally record all phone
calls for a company workgroup. Call recording benefits a
company by allowing business transactions over the phone
to be verified and disputes resolved. TeamRecord
unobtrusively accesses voice data using the port
mirroring capability of a network switch. No additional
software needs to be installed at each workstation. The
call is recorded as a standard audio file. An inaudible
watermark can be added to the recording for later
verification that the file has not been changed. Users
can listen to recordings of their own calls from any web
browser. TeamRecord runs on Windows or Linux. For more

“We are delighted that TeamRecord
has been chosen for this award.” said Tony Leung,
Director of Arcosoft. “This award reaffirms that
technical innovation is the spirit of our company. Not
long ago, calls recorded on traditional phone systems
were done using expensive, proprietary products. Now,
the latest VoIP systems built on open, standard
protocols allow even small and medium sized businesses
to afford call recording.”
The 2007 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award
recognizes companies that have created a groundbreaking,
successful IP contact center product or service.
“TMC is proud to recognize Arcosoft with an IP Contact
Center Technology Pioneer Award. Arcosoft has proven to
the editors of Customer Interaction Solutions
that its solution VONaLink TeamRecord has been designed
with the needs of the contact center market in mind and
the potential of IP behind it,” said Nadji Tehrani,
Executive Group Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of
Customer Interaction Solutions. “Technology is the
key to the success of any call center. This award was
created as a way to acknowledge those who brought
groundbreaking technologies to market while providing
high quality and superior applications.”
The IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award winners
will be highlighted in the July, 2007 issue of
Customer Interaction Solutions magazine.
