System requirements

• VoIP phone using SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
• Mac OS X v10.3 or later (v10.4 or later recommended), Power PC or Intel
• Ethernet network hub (not a switch)*

*A hub is not needed if VONaLink is running on the same computer as the soft phone. For hard phones or analog telephone adapters, a hub is needed.

Do not install VONaLink on Mac OS v10.2 or earlier

1. If you have VONaLink ScreenPop installed, uninstall it first.
2. Double click on SetupSoloRecord.mpkg
