System requirements

• Intel Pentium x86 or compatible
• At least 512 MB RAM
• 20 MB disk space
• Additional disk space required for recordings
• x86 Linux, kernel v2.6 or later (i.e. Ubuntu 6.06 LTS)
• Apache or other web server
• VoIP phone using SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
• Ethernet network switch with port mirroring (more than 6 phones) or a hub (6 phones or less)

Who should install VONaLink TeamRecord?

VONaLink TeamRecord should be installed by a system administrator.

Installation

When TeamRecord is already installed and you wish to update the installation, you do not need to un-install.

1. Run install-teamrecord.sh. Root password is required.
2. Reboot
