SoloRecord for Mac OS X

SoloRecord is the next generation of call recording software, designed to work with Voice over Internet (VoIP) phone systems. SoloRecord combines three of the most sought after features - call recording, call rejection, and screen pop.

What is screen pop?

Using the caller ID of the incoming call, SoloRecord searches for the caller in Address Book, or launches custom applications to search the web or your company database. If the caller is found, the information is popped on the screen, thereby increasing your efficiency.

  • VoIP phone using SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
